The Sr. Program Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of multiple projects with defined end dates, as well as the coordination and administration of on-going, highly strategic programs.  Projects and/or programs may include those related to new products, product derivatives, technology development, cost reduction, quality enhancements, or non-product change initiatives.  Activities will include project identification, project initiation, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and project closure.   Other responsibilities will include project and organizational staffing, people leadership, budgets, controlling expenses and profitability, organizational financial and strategic planning, facilitating meetings (project and organization).

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for all Landscape SBU’s sales and market share growth in the KSA. Responsibilities include the development & implementation of a strategic plan, sales plan, business development, and Strategic Accounts Management. Area Sales Managers work with the team on ground within a geographic territory and measured on revenue production and market share improvement.  The successful candidate must be willing to travel extensively, and must be technically competent, a sound presenter, results-oriented, highly self-motivated, and ideally will have Irrigation industry experience.   This person will operate as a partner and consultant for customers by developing a thorough understanding of their business and of the industry so that they can identify their needs and recommend the Rain Bird solutions that meet those needs.  Customers include Strategic Accounts, contractors, architects, specifiers, dealers, consultants.

The Senior Buyer/Planner is responsible for the procurement of a variety of commodities, materials, supplies, equipment, and services, many of which are highly technical and require the application of complex procurement standards and procedures, including negotiation. The Senior Buyer/Planner prepares detailed bid specifications, requests for quotations for commodities and services, requests for proposals for commodities and services, and purchase orders; the Senior Buyer/Planner employs advanced critical thinking and writing skills in the development and evaluation of the more complex requests for proposals for commodities and services. The Senior Buyer/Planner identifies varied sources of commodities and services, evaluates bids, awards purchase orders, maintains contact with vendors, and maintains comprehensive descriptions of available products and current prices. The Senior Buyer/Planner expedites the ordering and delivery process for commodities or services through the use of automated procurement systems and assures invoice payment by monitoring the process from initiation of a purchase order through the receipt of the goods or services and billing from the vendor or supplier. This role has greater responsibility and accountability than a Buyer/Planner and includes some people management responsibility. The job holder may take responsibility for a specific project or hold a larger remit in terms of purchasing responsibility.
