Reporting to the Director of Finance and Accounting, the Finance Manager is a key financial leader in the organization managing a team responsible for three key areas: Credit/Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Tax.

The Production Supervisor is responsible for the hiring, training, and performance management of a group of production employees in the Systems Manufacturing Operation. The Production Supervisor schedules and supervises production through a group of Skilled Welders, Mechanical/Electrical Assemblers, Test Technicians, and temporary workers. The Production Supervisor implements process improvements and is responsible for the safety and productivity of the workforce and the quality of Irrigation Pump Stations.

The Product Manager - Agriculture is responsible for the Rain Bird Agriculture product portfolio as well as development and execution of innovation and product marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with strong experience in marketing and innovation that is capable of insightful market analysis to identify the intersections of customer needs and white space opportunity. This person is expected deliver and execute a comprehensive product roadmap with the objective of expanding the Agriculture SBU’s product portfolio to creatively solve customer needs related to agricultural irrigation. We are looking for someone who has proven results with commercialization processes, building comprehensive go-to-market strategies, and working with internal and external cross-functional teams to drive success, and grow sales and share globally.   Success will be measured by results managing cross functional teams to drive product development and renovation initiatives while developing necessary marketing materials, on time and on budget, to meet revenue targets and solidify Rain Bird as the customers’ best choice.
