Rain Bird is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Specialist to support our U.S. and international distributor and retailer network. This role combines customer service, sales and marketing support, ERP administration, international logistics coordination, and data analysis.
The position is highly cross-functional and ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, collaborating across departments, and learning new systems and processes.
This role offers strong development potential with future opportunities in areas such as Product Management, IT, Sales, Supply Chain, or other operational functions.

The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and leadership skills, as well as be proactive, customer-oriented, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment. You will be self-motivated and enjoy independent fieldwork that will deliver extraordinary results. You will work effectively at various customer levels including dealers, contractors, consultants and government bodies, to educate, justify and successfully promote Rain Bird irrigation products. The person will be required to drive the sales and marketing effort of the Landscape business to develop and gain market share in a highly competitive market.

The Marketing Manager - Product Development will be a leader in the sales growth of Golf SBU products and services and will have global responsibility for marketing Golf SBU products, services and customer solutions. This position will require the selected candidate to lead business strategies across different product and market segments. The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude to simultaneously lead multiple business strategies and demonstrate creativity in their ability to solve problems. The selected candidate will be proactive, market focused, analytical, decision-oriented and demonstrate the ability to develop/lead high performing teams.
