We are looking for a positive, high-energy person who thrives under pressure, and enjoys solving mission critical problems for demanding customers.  The successful candidate will provide hands-on support for cutting-edge products.  They must be willing to travel extensively to provide direct support to many of the country’s top golf courses.  

• Take on the challenge of troubleshooting and repairing advanced golf course irrigation systems, combining software, electrical, and mechanical skills to keep everything running smoothly.
• Collaborate effectively with all personnel at the golf course (irrigation tech, superintendent, GM, management company) to deliver top-notch service.
• Own the customer support process by capturing critical details that lead to quick, effective solutions.
• Deliver fast, accurate follow-ups that keep both internal teams and customers Informed and satisfied.
• Lead engaging training sessions that empower distributors and customers to master technical troubleshooting and system operations.
• Communicate clear, impactful customer insights that drive continuous improvement across the company.
• Maintain excellent records of all issues handled; able to track, report, close and follow-up on all

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong computer skills, communication skills, and interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of basic business principles.
• Ability to travel, including overnight out-of-state travel.
• Solid knowledge of concepts uses and practices, of golf irrigation systems (or similar software-controlled systems).
• The candidate should be self-directed and have the ability to work without immediate

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in engineering
• Hands on golf course irrigation operating experience, or golf course
• Golf central control programming
