Overview

We’re seeking a seasoned Sr. Business Systems Analyst to join our growing enterprise applications team at Rain Bird. You will primarily be responsible for the design, configuration, implementation and operational support of Oracle Supply Chain Management (ERP Cloud) applications.

 

This role will focus on leading business process analysis, requirements gathering, system configuration, and solution delivery across the Oracle Supply Chain Management Cloud (specifically Procurement Cloud) and integrations with other SaaS or Internal applications. This position requires an individual who will be hands-on and functional with configuration experience, strong tactical decision maker and leader of day-to-day operations to meet our business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle SCM and Procurement Cloud services such as Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Self-Service Procurement, and Procurement Contracts.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to analyze and understand manufacturing and procurement processes and translate them into system requirements.
  • Configure Oracle SCM and Procurement Cloud services to meet business needs and align with best practices.
  • Drive full lifecycle implementation activities including Fit-Gap analysis, functional design, testing, training, and go-live support.
  • Collaborate with IT, business, and integration teams to troubleshoot and resolve functional and integration issues.
  • Lead system upgrades, enhancements, regression testing, and patch analysis.
  • Develop functional documentation, including solution design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and user guides.
  • Ensure compliance with change management and audit control processes.
  • Stay current on Oracle Cloud release updates and proactively assess impact on current functionality.
  • Perform daily administrative and support tasks

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline (IT business/computer science, Supply Chain, or a related field) with 8+ years’ functional/product management experience and 2+ lifecycle Oracle SCM or Procurement Cloud implementations.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement business processes (P2P, sourcing, contract lifecycle, supplier management).
  • Hands-on experience in system configuration, solution design, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong knowledge of data flow and integrations between Procurement, Supply Chain and Financials Cloud services
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver solutions in a dynamic business environment.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, or other ticketing and project management platforms.
  • Proven project management experience i.e. direct work and manage projects and progress
  • Experience with Integrations of Internal or third-party systems with Oracle Cloud ERP
  • Experience with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and/or BI Publisher is a plus.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Act as lead to a small team or people management experience is a plus
  • Certifications in Oracle SCM or Procurement Cloud
  • Strong understanding of data governance in SCM and Procurement (Items, Suppliers, Categories)
  • Exposure to Oracle Cloud Financials is advantageous.
  • Experience working in Manufacturing or regulated industries is a plus.

 

Salary range for candidates based in California: $129,00 - $193,000

Salary range for candidates based in Colorado - New York- New York City or Maryland : $120,000 - $180,00

Salary ranges include base salary and annual incentive bonus if applicable.

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
