The primary focus of Corporate Marketing Technologist is aligning company-wide digital marketing efforts with Rain Bird’s brand identity in a way that positively influences Rain Bird’s overall goals. In this role, you will implement web technologies that support user experience, visual design, and brand messaging. The role involves collaborating with marketing, design, and development teams to integrate branding elements, such as logos, colors, and fonts, into the user interface. You will also monitor site performance, ensure mobile responsiveness, and leverage analytics to improve engagement and brand awareness. Additionally, the Corporate Web Technologist will oversee Rain Bird’s content management systems (CMS), integrate brand-related multimedia, and innovate with new web technologies to enhance the digital brand experience.
Develop and lead a comprehensive website strategy aligned with company goals.
Collaborate with designers and developers to maintain website aesthetics, functionality, and responsive design across devices.
Implement best practices for search engine optimization to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
Analyze user behavior data to identify areas for improvement and enhance navigation and usability.
Track website metrics like traffic, conversion rates, and engagement to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
Manage website hosting, security updates, and technical issues to ensure site uptime and stability.
Work with SBU marketers and product managers, IT, and other teams to integrate website content with broader marketing campaigns and business initiatives.
Keep abreast of emerging web technologies, industry trends, and best practices to maintain a competitive online presence.
Sufficient understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), content management systems (CMS), and web analytics platforms.
Familiarity with SEO strategies, paid advertising, and social media integration.
Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute website projects within deadlines and budgets.
Understanding of visual design principles and ability to contribute to website aesthetics.
Capability to interpret data and use insights to inform website improvements.
Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to convey website needs and updates.
