Overview

The Customer Service Representative will provide the highest level of customer support via ownership of Rain Bird Services Orders. The ideal candidate demonstrates a high attention to detail and organizational skills. This position will be required to process orders and coordinate with service technicians and engineers for servicing and shipment. Timely communication of estimates, order receipts, shipping dates, delays, or additional information to internal and external customers is critical.

 

Other administrative duties include record keeping and sales reporting

Responsibilities

  • On Time Delivery of Products and Services
  • Track all dispatches and order status to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain clear records of communications and project information
  • Directly process internal paperwork necessary to bill for services rendered and parts provided
  • Pick, pack, and ship parts as needed for order fulfilment
  • Process invoicing to ensure services and products are paid within the terms and conditions of the agreement
  • Coordinate tasks within Rain Bird Services Warehouse

 

Qualifications

 

 

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer facing role
  • Proven success in environments where attention to detail and organizational skills are required
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Accomplished customer service, leadership, and project management skills
  • Exemplary judgment in ambiguous situations and creative problem solving
  • Works well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Team oriented

 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • BS or BA degree in a business or technical related field
  • QuickBooks, and/or bookkeeping/accounting experience
  • Experience with Jira and/or order processes
  • Ability to develop, document and execute repetitive business practices.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
