Reporting to the Assistant Corporate Controller, the Senior Accountant is a key member of the financial team in the organization responsible for a combination of financial functions including but not limited to engagement in and may lead some aspects of:

• Monthly, Quarterly, Annual and Ad Hoc internal management reporting requirements
• Monthly close activities to ensure timely preparation of financial statements.
• Quarterly consolidated financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Annual external financial audit process
• Implementing and sustaining strong internal controls throughout the organization
• Other duties as assigned.

This is a hybrid role. The ideal candidate will work at the Tucson office at least 3 days per week. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Undergraduate degree
• 3 years’ experience in Accounting/Finance -Recent graduates are welcome to apply-
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong PC skills including advanced Excel skills 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s Degree
• Professional Accounting Certification (CPA preferred)
